Yes! Active Recovery uses the same class credits as any standard KX class and is available to all clients.
Not at all. While flexibility is supported, this class is about intentional, functional recovery – mobilising joints, supporting fascia, and resetting the nervous system. It’s recovery, but still very KX.

We recommend 1 Active Recovery class per week during high training periods. It’s a perfect complement to your usual schedule.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid loose clothing that might get caught in the equipment.
