Yes, the challenge is exclusive to those on KX Memberships. You can sign up for a membership that suits your routine via the KX App or in studio.
Make sure you have an active KX Membership, then tap the challenge button on the home screen of the KX App between 29 July and 5 August to activate.
You can activate the challenge anytime between 29 July and 5 August. Your eight weeks begin as soon as you activate.
Your attendance goal for the challenge will be set based on your current membership. Whether you train once a week or more often, the challenge will align with your existing membership level.
Any membership changes need to be made at your local studio before the challenge begins. The studio team will be able to help you find the best option.
Your local studio team is the best point of contact. They can assist with any membership questions or adjustments.
No, your membership is connected to your home studio. You’ll need to complete your classes there for them to count toward your challenge goal.
You can book your classes up to 40 days in advance using the KX App.
Your attendance goal is automatically set based on your membership. The focus is on staying consistent and completing what’s aligned with your current training routine.
Because long-term strength comes from more than just movement. By supporting your training with better nutrition, hydration, recovery and mindfulness, you’ll build habits that help you feel stronger and move better both in and out of the studio.
Each focus area is supported by an expert partner. Movement will be guided by KX. Nutrition support comes from Whole Bowl Co. Hydration is powered by Sodii and both recovery and mindfulness are supported by Therabody.
New content will be released each week in the KX App to help support your wellness focus throughout the challenge.
Yes, you can choose as many goals as you like. We recommend focusing on no more than three to help build sustainable habits over the eight weeks.
Your selections are set when you activate the challenge but don’t worry. You’ll still have access to expert content across all four categories so you can explore what works best for you.
That’s completely fine. Just check in again the next day and keep moving forward. Consistency is what counts most.
Your attendance and wellness goal check-ins are tracked directly in the KX App. Everything is in one place to help keep you consistent.
We will keep you updated each week through the app and send tips and reminders via email and push notifications. Make sure your notifications are turned on in the KX App. You can also follow us on socials and join our exclusive Facebook community to stay connected and inspired.
If you do not complete your class attendance goal, you will not be eligible for prizes this time. But that is completely okay. The challenge is still a great opportunity to build momentum and reset your routine.
