THE KX3 XPERIENCE.

For each week you complete KX3, you’ll earn 1 x free class and 1 x entry into the draw to win a year’s worth of KX. Complete all three weeks and that means you’ll get 3 x free classes and 3 x entries into the draw.

Monday 23 – Sunday 29 May

Complete 3 x KX workouts in week one and you’ll:

Your local studio will load the free class credits you’ve earned onto your KX account by Tuesday 21 June.

MEET YOUR MOTIVATORS.

Each week, direct to your inbox, you’ll receive technique tips from our national training team using one of our exercise props. Your local studio will feature the same prop for that week in each of their classes so that you can put these tips into practice.

WEEK 1 — THE WEIGHTED BALL WITH SARAH

WEEK 2 — THE WEIGHTED POLE WITH MITCH

Learn how the weighted pole can help build your stability and weight resistance with Mitch.

Finish strong with a focus on cardio agility and jump into jumpboards with Amie.

  • Buy your pack: Tuesday 10 – Sunday 22 May
  • Week 1: Monday 23 – Sunday 29 May
  • Week 2: Monday 30 May – Sunday 5 June
  • Week 3: Monday 6 June – Sunday 12 June
  • Receive free class credits by: Tuesday 21 June
  • Buy a KX3 pack between Tuesday 10 MaySunday 22 May and start the 3-week experience from Monday 23 May.
  • You must complete 3 classes in each week of the challenge in order to progress to the following week, as well as continue to receive KX3 communications and earn free class credits and competition entries.
  • For example – if you complete 5 classes in week 1 and 2 classes in week 2, you will have completed only week 1 of the challenge and not progress to week 3.
  • Yes — KX3 is suitable for new and existing clients.
  • If you’re unsure about taking part, we recommend speaking to your local studio and/or trainer.
  • Each class that you attend for the week will utilise the prop of the week, however you should not expect that it is used throughout the whole class.
  • Please note that classes will vary from studio to studio/class to class/trainer to trainer.
  • That’s ok, you will earn the class credits and entries based on what you have completed.
  • For example, if you could only make it through week 1, but not week 2, you will receive week 1 reward (1 x free class credit and 1 x entry).
  • You can still continue to use the class credits available on your KX3 pack until Sunday 12 June, you just won’t earn any more rewards or receive any further KX3 communications.
  • You will receive 156 credits, which is the equivalent of 3 classes per week for 52 weeks.
  • You will have 365 days to use these credits.
  • You can continue to use your class credits up until Sunday 12 June and access our content on Instagram/our website.
  • Unfortunately you won’t continue on in the challenge/earn free class credits or entries into the draw to win.
  • That’s ok — you will still earn your  rewards for that week and progress to the following week.
  • Once you use up your KX3 class credits, you’ll just need to make sure you have a new active pack to continue attending classes. This can be any class pack, i.e. you won’t need to purchase another KX3 class pack.
  • You’ll have 7 days from the day you book your first class — the number of free classes you receive will depend on how many weeks of KX3 you completed.
  • Please contact your local studio if you have any questions about your free class credits being loaded onto your KX account.
  • Please contact your local studio directly regarding pack extensions.
