Welcome & Introduction

This year marks a truly remarkable time for KX and we’re thrilled to be sharing it with you.

First and foremost, we’re celebrating our revival after the challenges of the pandemic. We’re back together as one, with an incredible opportunity ahead of us to continue changing lives for the better through the power of KX in the community.

Secondly, we’re celebrating growth in our network, with new franchise partners, international master partners, and the opening of KX locations. The Conference is an excellent opportunity to connect over shared passion and purpose, working together to strengthen our brand position as a leader in the global fitness market.

This year, we’re excited to celebrate a significant milestone achievement of over 100 studios open, and a service offering that today spans 6 international markets. We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you for being part of this journey, and we’re looking forward to growing this brand with you into the future.

The format of our conference is more relaxed this year with more ‘space’ for networking and free time.  You will notice there will be ‘free time’ on Tuesday, Thursday afternoon and also Friday depending on what time you decide to depart.

  • Registration will take place on Tuesday 30th May at 4 – 6pm at Peppers resort. Upon registration you will receive a conference gift bag, t-shirt and layard to be worn at all times. You will also be given instructions on where and when to meet for the first conference session.
  • Accommodation at Peppers resort is to be booked separately and at your own cost with a number of options available at the KX corporate rate. Rooms are limited, so we advise you to book early so you don’t miss out.
  • Conference attendees can book accomodation elsewhere, however to fully enjoy everything the KX conference has to offer, we recommend staying at Peppers
  • Peppers has offered a 14 day cancellation policy, so if your situation changes between now and the conference, you will have the ability to cancel and receive 100% of the accommodation charge refunded.
  • You have the option to book up to 3 additional nights either side of the conference at the KX corporate rate. This is a great opportunity to extend your stay and enjoy a well-deserved break

  • Drive – the airport is approximately 30 minutes (34km) from Peppers. If you choose to drive, there is onsite parking at the resort. If you have booked a villa there is a private garage space next to the villa which can hold 2 cars.
  • Taxi – the cost of a taxi from/to the airport ranges between approx $70-$90.

  • On Wednesday evening there will be a number of smaller, more intimate group dinners hosted at pre-arranged restaurants in Noosa. Details of the dinner locations and attendee lists will be shared upon registration.

  • Yes – KX will organise a seating arrangement for the conference sessions. These will vary between both days to ensure everyone attending has the opportunity to connect with new people outside their social circle.
  • This fun, fast-paced activity will see us competing in teams in a race against time around the streets, waterways and bustling centre of Noosa. The activity will include physical challenges, problem-solving and interactive game play.

You will be guided through the very latest performance breathing methods, before having the opportunity to experience the power of cold water immersion (ice bath).


  • What to expect;
  • A unique and diverse guided exploratory breathing session. This component will incorporate methods from a number of ancient traditions and modern programs – distilling key principles that can be applied to achieving optimal performance – “Methods may be many but principles are few”.
  • The opportunity to experience profound physiological adaptations that govern the body’s ability to both generate and utilise energy. Exposure to a variety of apnea (breath holding) exercises specifically designed to boost aerobic performance in a safe and controlled manner.
  • Exposure to the most raw challenge to the autonomic nervous system and our mental and emotional state – 3-5 minutes immersed in freezing cold water. Here participants will discover how take command of the automatic responses governing stress, anxiety and panic and use the breath to achieve the most happy, strong and healthy version of themselves.

We recommend bringing the follow, plus whatever else you might need during your stay:

  • Conference Sessions – KX uniform top with active / casual wear and runners.
  • Satellite Dinner – Channel Noosa’s luxe beach-chic vibe for the dinners in Noosa on Wednesday evening
  • KX GOLD Party – We are celebrating our last night together with a GOLD theme in recognition of our 100th studio (AU and globally). Go as big or as small as you like with this theme.

  • $1100 + GST per conference ticket (excludes flights and accommodation)
  • Individual tickets may be purchased for the Gold Party at $280p/p. This ticket includes food, drink, entertainment and shared transport to and from the venue.
  • The conference is a mandatory meeting therefore a minimum of 1 place will be charged to each studio as per the Franchise Agreement. Example scenarios are outlined below:
  • Scenario 1: Owner 1 has 2 studios, they only need to pay 1 x Conference fee. If Owner 1 would like to invite a Team Member to represent Studio 2 an additional fee will be charged to Studio 2.
  • Scenario 2: If there are 2 Owners both as signatories on Franchise Agreements for 2 studios then they would need to pay for a Conference fee for each Owner.
  • Scenario 3: If there are 2 Owners both as signatories on Franchise Agreements for 2 studios but only one Owner attends, only one place will be charged.
  • Each studio will be charged for at least one place at the conference. If you are unfortunate enough not to be able to make the conference please consider sending a studio manager / nominated representative in your place. Where possible, the sessions and content will be recorded and shared so that you can catch up with the topics and the KX HQ team will be more than happy to talk you through the content post the event.
  • If you do need to cancel your trip, and your studio is still being represented by another Owner (e.g. in the case of dual ownership) you will be partially refunded for your conference ticket. This is under the assumption that the studio is represented by at least one Owner. The refund will be minus any costs that have been incurred and cannot be recouped e.g. hotel conference rates and team activities. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • You will need to inform the venue directly if you need to cancel your accommodation.
