No. KX is made for every level, and our trainers will show you modifications throughout the class.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and a sweat towel. Mats will be provided, so all you need to do is arrive ready to move and enjoy your class.
Yes - you will be asked to read and accept the terms upon signing up for the class. It is important to recognise that mat Pilates is physical exercise and you confirm that you are fit and healthy to participate in group exercise.
KX Roadshow events are exclusive and tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, we would be happy to provide a credit towards a KX @ Home membership instead. Simply contact info@kxathome.us and our team will arrange this for you.
