Our class lineup has evolved to give you better ways to train with KX. Each class has a distinct focus while still delivering the dynamic 50-minute reformer workout the method is known for.
From Basics, designed for those brand new to reformer Pilates, to the full-body foundation of Signature, and higher-level challenges in Advanced, the lineup allows you to choose the class that best supports how you want to train.
This line up (with more on the way) are designed to support different training focuses, where you choose the class that feels right for your body, your goals, and how you want to move that day.
