New or expectant parent? Firstly, congratulations. Secondly, we’ve got you covered with specialty prenatal and postnatal workouts — designed to help keep you active to full term, and once your little one arrives.
Move with peace of mind. Prenatal and postnatal workouts are run by specialist KX Academy qualified trainers. They’re a safe and sweaty alternative to regular KX workouts — until you’re ready to get back into the swing of things that is.
PRENATAL PILATES.
Suitable for all three trimesters of your pregnancy — our prenatal workouts are adaptable and can be altered to accomodate your body as it changes. Prepare for actives like reaching into cots and carrying your new arrival.
POSTNATAL PILATES.
Once your little one has arrived, keep moving with our specialty postnatal workouts. Designed to ease you back into our normal beginner, intermediate and advanced classes — you’ll be piking again in no time.
BABY ON BOARD.
Designed for parents with newborns up to crawling age, select studios offer postnatal workouts that are little one friendly. Keep your infant safely on a mat, or in a capsule, next to your reformer during your workout. Bye-bye babysitter.
