Class packs are paid upfront and allow you to book classes at your own pace, with weekly, monthly or yearly packs. They’re a great fit if you prefer a more go-with-the-flow approach or have a less predictable schedule.

Your membership starts on the day you purchase. You will be billed fortnightly and credits allocated from the day of purchase.

Yes, you can purchase or use an existing class pack in tandem with your Membership.

Yes, there is a 7-day cooling off period from the day you purchase.

You can cancel your membership within the KX App, under More > My Packages > Your membership once your 8 week minimum term has been completed. Cancellation fees may apply, view full T&Cs.

If your membership payment has failed, a failed payment fee may apply. We’ll automatically retry the payment within two days.

To update your details and avoid further failed payments, open the KX App and follow the prompt on the home screen.
