WHAT tO BRING

Appropriate activewear is essential as you’re going to work up a sweat. We recommend gym tights, leggings or shorts and either a t-shirt or singlet top. Most clients train barefoot, however pilates grip socks are welcome and can be purchased in studio.

It is compulsory to bring a sweat towel to every class. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, we also have the option of environmentally friendly water bottles to purchase in studio.

10 MInutes before your first class

Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your first class to ensure you have time to familiarise yourself with the studio, equipment and the KX customised reformer bed. Your Trainer will walk you through how to set up and use your Reformer bed.

WARM UP

Each class will start with a warm up to get your body moving and ready for the workout. It is imperative that you don’t miss the warm up at the start of class. If you are late, it is at the Trainer’s discretion, for safety reasons, on whether or not you may join the class.

THE KX WORKOUT

Your Trainer will guide you through a 50 minute, high intensity, body-toning, reformer Pilates workout. It will help to increase your flexibility, balance and coordination, so you can spend more time doing what you love.,

END OF CLASS

At the end of each class, your Trainer will ask you to wipe down your Reformer bed and all your Accessories ready for the next person.
