Memberships work in a similar way to our usual class packs, except that you’ll lock-in a number of classes per fortnight, then pay-as-you-go. So while you focus on your form, we’ll take care of the rest.

Memberships are similar to a subscription. You will sign an agreement that will lock-in the number of classes you would like to do per fortnight, unlike our current packs, cancellation fees apply to Memberships.
Credits are used in the same way as regular class packs, you can book your classes in advance of when your account is debited. Late cancel or no show rules apply, view full T&Cs.
Your credits can be used immediately once you have purchased your Membership.
40 days in advance or the advanced period your studio makes schedules available, the same as regular class packs.
Yes, you can purchase or use an existing class pack in tandem with your Membership.
You will have 14 days from the day your direct debit occurs to use your classes for that payment cycle, credits do not rollover into the next 14 days payment cycle.

Yes, there is a 7-day cooling off period from the day you purchase.
If you wish to cancel your Membership, you will need to contact your studio directly. Cancellation fees apply, view full T&Cs.
Payments will automatically be retried within 1-2 business days. Fees may apply for failed transactions and will be charged to your payment method.
If the payment fails permanently, your Membership will be cancelled and fees will apply, any classes you have booked in advance will be removed from your bookings and put back onto the studio schedule for others to book.
Memberships packs are limited and only available at participating studios. Membership payments are direct debited fortnightly and renews until cancelled, subject to a minimum commitment of 8 weeks (56 days). Total cost of the minimum term is $192 to $720 for depending on the Membership pack you have purchased. Early termination fees, dishonour fees, and deferral fees may apply.
