The Jump board can be used for various plyometric exercises, elevating your heart rate while keeping the intensity low-impact. Meanwhile, the Power Bars and Power Platform allow you to explore a new way of resistance training, using the spring tension in reverse to challenge your muscle endurance. Pulling the carriage up to the end of the reformer creates a totally unique sensation, helping you build strength in fresh ways.
