POWER WEEK

Welcome to Week 3 of the KX3 Challenge!

Power Week! This week, we’re dialing up the intensity with the Jumpboard and power-based movements using the Power Bars and Power Platform on the KXFormer. Designed to enhance explosive strength, endurance, and coordination, these dynamic elements will push your workout to the next level. Get ready to move with more power, and confidence!

WHY YOU’LL LOVE POWER WEEK

Power Week is all about harnessing strength and momentum to build endurance. The Jump board can be used for various plyometric exercises, elevating your heart rate while keeping the intensity low-impact. Meanwhile, the Power Bars and Power Platform allow you to explore a new way of resistance training, using the spring tension in reverse to challenge your muscle endurance. Pulling the carriage up to the end of the reformer creates a totally unique sensation, helping you build strength in fresh ways.

HOW THE POWER WEEK WILL ELEVATE YOUR WORKOUT

  • Explosive Strength & Endurance – The Jump board is perfect for lower-body-focused cardio jumps, building strength and improving coordination and agility with each jump. Plus, plyometric arm jumps add an upper-body challenge to this power-packed workout.
  • Core Engagement – Every jump, whether for your lower body or core, challenges stability, these controlled movements help you strengthen your core.
  • Lower Body Power – The Power Platform and Power Bars bring added challenge to our KX classics, such as squats, lunges and planks. Pulling the carriage up the rails will empower you to build lower body strength and stamina like never before.
  • Full-Body Challenge – Combining plyometric jumping with resistance work ensures a balanced, high-energy session that targets multiple muscle groups, engaging your entire body in one workout.

YOUR FOCUS THIS WEEK

As you enter the final week of the challenge, embrace the challenge and push yourself to new limits. Power Week is about building confidence, strength, and endurance—so give it your all! Stay consistent, stay strong, and celebrate how far you’ve come in these three weeks.
