Yes, YOUR28 provides two options for you to commit to a routine and stick with it! Your KX trainer team will be in your corner as you build your confidence.
You’ll choose the level that feels right for you. If you’re easing back in or building your routine, 12 classes will help you find your rhythm. If you’re craving a stronger challenge, 20 classes will be the option for you.
No, All KX clients are welcome to participate, whether you’re on a membership or using class packs – your credits will count towards our attendance total. Please note Class Pass credits will not count towards your attendance total.
Make sure you have enough active KX credits in the KX app to complete the challenge, head to the KX app purchase page between Wed 11th Feb – Sun 15th Feb, purchase the $0 YOUR28 registration pack.
Yes, you will need to either select the 12 class or 20 class $0 registration pack to confirm your place in the challenge, this will appear as a 0/0 credit in your account. From here you will need either 12 or 20 credits to complete the challenge.
You can register for the challenge anytime between Wednesday 11 February and Sunday 15 February.
Yes, once you have purchased the $0 YOUR28 registration pack via the KX App, purchase any additional credits you may need to complete the number of classes in your attendance goal.
Any membership adjustments can be made at your local studio before the challenge begins. Your studio team will be able to help you find the best option.
No, your membership is connected to the studio where you purchased it.
If you do not complete your class attendance goal, you will not be eligible for prizes this time. But that is completely okay. The challenge is still a great opportunity to build momentum and create habits for 2026.

This reformer Pilates challenge is suited to anyone who is looking to get stronger with Pilates, create lasting lifestyle habits and build confidence.
We know life can get in the way; clients can attend however many classes per week to work towards their overall attendance goal for the 28-day challenge. A guide for those wanting routine would be 3 classes per week for the 12-class goal, or 5 classes per week for the 20-class goal.
