Lucky you — find the studio listed on your gift card to redeem; or if you need some help, have a read through our Gift Card FAQs. Gift cards can also be redeemed via the KX app.
Find your local studio and click the Gift Card Option. You can also choose to schedule your gift card to be delivered on the special day. Alternatively you can purchase a gift card in-studio from any of our locations — we recommend contacting the studio a few days before the special day.
Find the studio listed on your gift card using the location map above.
Click on the Buy Now button, to be directed to that studios web page.
Scroll down and click on Buy Class Pack.
Select a KX Package to buy. Click Have a gift card? Apply here.
Enter your Gift card code. This will add an account credit to your account.
Close the window.
Reselect a KX Package to buy.
To apply your account credit to your purchase, select apply Account Credit under payment method or check Apply Account Credit Balance.
Click Pay Securely and continue to check out.
Gift cards can be purchased any amount. If purchased online, you or your recipient will receive an email containing the Gift Card.
If purchased in studio, you will receive a physical gift card. Both can be redeemed online at a later time and are transferable between clients, but are not refundable.
Gift cards are only valid at the same studio they were purchased from. Unfortunately, they are not transferable between studios.
If you scheduled a gift card to send today, it usually takes around 30 minutes to be delivered to the recipients inbox.
No — KX gift cards have no expiry date; however, if your gift card is more than 36 months old, please contact your studio purchase to redeem.
