If you are pregnant, we’re here to support you at KX Pilates.
We understand that every pregnancy is unique, and that you may feel different from week to week. We’re here to meet you where you’re at and work with you throughout this experience.
Whether you’ve already been attending KX, or are new to our classes, our Trainers will support you to move in a way that feels good.
Keen to move with us? Amazing!
At KX Pilates, our focus is on movement to help you maintain fitness, strength and mobility. Our Trainers are fitness professionals, who can support you to move safely throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period. However, our classes are not rehabilitative and there are some symptoms and concerns which are outside the scope of a Pilates trainer.
Please click to understand which symptoms to be mindful of, which warrant seeing your healthcare provider.
