Subscription Packs work in a similar way to our usual class packs, except that you’ll lock-in a great price up-front then pay-as-you-go. So while you focus on your icebreakers, we’ll take care of the rest — skate through winter, literally.

Choose from a 10 or 14 class pack and get moving — you’ll receive all 3 months worth of credits upfront, and then be billed fortnightly across the subscription.
Choose your pack – we’ll direct debit your first payment and load 3 x 30 day packs onto your KX account for you to start booking.
We’ll direct debit your account every fortnight for the subscription period — your account will be direct debited 7 times, starting from the day you first purchase.
I.e.: If you purchase on a Wednesday, you’ll be billed fortnightly on Wednesdays for the subscription period.
Each pack has a rolling 30-day validity period — your current pack will expire along with any unused credits.
Keep in mind that you can book classes as far in advance as your local studio makes their schedule available.
Your subscription ends and you can return to purchasing our regular class packs as you would normally.
Any remaining credits expire at this time.

Subscription packs are offered for a contracted period of time. You will sign an agreement that will lock-in the cost of your packs for a 3-month period, unlike our current packs, cancellation fees apply to subscription packs.
Credits are used in the same way as regular class packs, you can book your classes in advance of when your account is debited. Late cancel or no show rules apply, view full T&Cs.
All 3 x 30-day packs will be loaded onto your account on the same day that you purchase, from Tuesday 20 June – Sunday 2 July inclusive.
40 days in advance or the advanced period your studio makes schedules available, the same as regular class packs.
No, subscription packs are limited to one per client.
Yes, you can purchase or use an existing class pack in tandem with your Subscription Pack.
Subscription Packs are divided into 3 x 30 day packs, each with 30 days of validity. For example if you purchased your pack on 20 June, you will have until 20 July to use your first months credits and so on. Unused credits do not rollover month-to-month.

Yes, there is a 7-day cooling off period from the day you purchase.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you will need to contact your studio directly. Cancellation fees apply, view full T&Cs.
Payments will automatically be retried within 1-2 business days. Fees may apply for failed transactions and will be charged to your payment method.
If the payment fails permanently, your membership will be cancelled and fees will apply, any classes you have booked in advance will be removed from your bookings and put back onto the studio schedule for others to book.
All packs are billed on a fortnightly payment cycle. If you purchased your pack on the Wednesday 21 June, you will have 7 x payments direct debited from your account fortnightly on Wednesdays, i.e.:

$72.86 or $102 – Wednesday 5 July
$72.86 or $102 – Wednesday 19 July
$72.86 or $102 – Wednesday 2 August
$72.86 or $102 – Wednesday 16 August

Subscription Packs are available to purchase at participating KX Pilates Studios from 20/06/2023 to 02/07/2023 and are subject to availability. Minimum cost is $510 for the 10 Class Pack Subscription ($72.86 per fortnight) or $714 for the 14 Class Pack Subscription ($102 per fortnight). Prices are inclusive of GST.
